Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with LIFE TCG. We fulfill orders globally from four fulfillment centers: the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Italy (Europe).
1. Processing & Delivery Times
You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Estimated delivery times can vary however we aim for orders to be delivered between 10-15 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Tracking
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Italy (Europe). your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local customs fees once the shipment reaches your destination country.

Unless explicitly stated at checkout, all international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

LIFE TCG is not responsible for these charges. All local customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the sole legal responsibility of the customer.
4. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
We take full responsibility for your package until it is safely delivered to you.

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please take photos immediately and contact us at contact@lifetcg.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost Mail: If your tracking link shows no movement or if the estimated delivery window has passed, please contact our support team so we can open an investigation with the courier.
5. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot alter the delivery address once the package has left the facility.
If a package is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or because it was refused/unclaimed at a local customs depot, the original shipping cost (and any return fees charged by the courier) will be deducted from your final refund.
