Every Special Edition is made for collectors who didn't get their 1st Edition in time.
When we print a 1st Edition, we hold back 10% of the 1st Edition holos and save them for the Special Edition. That way everyone gets a chance to pull a real 1st Edition card, even after the 1st Edition has sold out.
